Apple is reportedly replacing batteries from some MacBook Pro 13-inch after reports of a defect that causes the built-in battery to "bloat".
Apple reports that the affected devices are MacBrook Pro that do not have a touch bar and were manufactured from October 2016 until October of 2017.
Device owners can determine if they are eligible for a battery replacement by entering their serial number productto their in support page Apple.
The battery replacement program does not apply to the MacBook Pro 13 inch inch touch-screen or older MacBook Pro 13 inch models, according to Apple's announcement.
If someone now from the affected device owners bought a new battery, Apple will return the money.
