Krita 4.1.1 Open Source free image editing application

The developers of the powerful, free, open source digital painting software Krita have just released version of Krita 4.1.1. The new version 4.1.1 has not been announced yet on the official site of the application but you can see what it offers.

It has not been officially announced as so far it is only available for Linux systems.

Krita is a graphics processor that uses the Qt 5 and KDE 5 framework.

Krita is designed as an advanced digital painting application.

The Cross Platform application has been somewhat affected by closed-end software such as Corel Painter and SAI. The application packs along with some basic features some different features from most of its applications, including the ability to work with both bitmap and vector illustrations.

Application developers are also trying to simplify user interaction and focus on features that are more relevant to painting and drawing.

Krita is a free software distributed under the GNU General Public License (2 version). Originally released as part of the 1.4.0 KOffice edition, 21 June 2005.

The program can run in Windows environments (released in Windows Store), Linux, and Mac OSX for both the x64 or x86 architectures.
