Microsoft released three new wallpapers for Windows 10

Microsoft has just released three new wallpaper packs for the 10 and you can download them for free from the Microsoft Store.

wallpapers

The are called Snow Sculptures (Snow Sculptures), Warm Winter Nights (Hot Winter Nights), and Festival of Lights (Lighting Festival) and include high quality photos that can be used as a background on your desktop.

Although released as themes in the Microsoft Store, these new packs don't include anything else from wallpapers, so if you install them, you won't see any other visual tweaks or sounds.

To install the free themes from the Microsoft Store, you need at least to have the Windows 10 Creators update (1703 version), though you are likely to already have the Fall Creators update.

Free themes published by Microsoft in the Microsoft Store can be enabled from Settings> Personalization> Themes. Don't forget to back up your current custom theme in Windows 10 before making any changes.

Once you set a particular theme as the new default in Windows 10, you can cor switch between wallpapers directly from the desktop. Just right-click on the desktop and click “Next Background” to change the wallpaper with a new one included in the background.

Needless to say, you can find virtually everywhere on the web a wide variety of topics for Windows 10. However, downloading Microsoft packages is easier as they are published in the Microsoft Store, while the quality of the wallpapers is usually quite high.

You can download the topics from Microsoft Store by clicking on the links above. A Microsoft account is required to log in to the Store.
