Google's Pagespeed Insights has changed. The company now seems to be using a "new" technology they call Lighthouse. This technology was first introduced at Google I/O του 2017. Από τότε μέχρι σήμερα, εξελίχθηκε για να βοηθήσει κάθε web developer που αναζητά better Results.
Lighthouse is an automated tool open source to improve the quality of the web pages. You can run it on any by clicking here. It has controls for performance, accessibility, web applications and more.
You can run Lighthouse from Chrome DevTools, from the command line, or as a Node module. Give Lighthouse a URL to check, and it will start running a series of checks on the page of interest.
It will then show you a report on what is happening with the page.
From there, you can use the red indicators as indicators of how you can improve your page. Each audit also provides you with a reference document that explains why the audit is important and how you can correct the errors.
