Windows 10 build 19569 does not bring new features (in addition to the new icons), but only bug fixes and pre-RTM improvements expected sometime next month.
This new release is a preview of the 20H1 or 2004 update, which should be available in RTM in March and then in April or May.
Today's version comes with a series of fixes (see changelog). Microsoft explains:
"We have resolved an issue where SCSI drivers were not recognized on specific third-party virtual machines, causing c1900191 errors. We continue to investigate additional c1900191 errors on other devices. "
This version also fixes some reliability issues of the Start menu, as well as glitches in OneDrive which caused high CPU usage on some devices.
In terms of known issues, one of them affected the new browser and accessibility of Microsoft Edge.
“We know that Narrator and NVDA users using the latest version of Microsoft Edge based on Chromium may experience some difficulties in navigating and reading certain content on the web. NVAccess was released in NVDA 2019.3 which fixes the known problem with Edge,” says Microsoft.
The new version will currently be distributed to fast ring users via Windows Update.
