Give Netflix access without your password

DoNotPay has released a Chrome extension. The extension's distinctive title is because it allows you to share subscription services (such as and Hulu) without the password.

Sharing streaming services, such as Disney + and Amazon Prime Video, is quite common. Almost everyone does. It is not illegal, but it may be against the terms and conditions of these services.

But millions of people share Netflix accounts with family and friends. However, this means you're giving your password to others, which isn't ideal. Especially if te the same password elsewhere.

Below we'll see a new way to share access to your accounts, (including Netflix), without having to give out your passwords. DoNotPay, is a startup that offers a number of different services, such as virtual and an automated complaints system.

DoNotPay, as mentioned above, has released a Chrome extension that offers an easy way to share your Netflix account without revealing your password. The extension is free and allows you to share online accounts with up to five other people at any time.

It works by using cookies, so instead of sharing your password, you're essentially transferring the session that you use on someone else. As for Netflix, Hulu, etc., don't worry. It will appear that you are browsing in several different Google Chrome tabs.

To share access to streaming services without passwords:

Create an account at DoNotPay.
Download the Chrome extension.
Open the streaming service you want to share access to and click on the extension.
Create a link that you can share or email.

The recipient must also have a DoNotPay account. By opening the link you sent him he will have access to your account without knowing them passwords you.

The only downside is that this only works in web browsers. So users sharing streaming services can't watch on them, the tablet or a smart TV. The good thing is that you can revoke access in an instant, without having to change your password.
