The latest snapshot of the distribution brings some package updates along with some new tools for cleaning package management applications and installing alternative kernels.
“Package cleanup configuration – A handy tool to configure the system to clean up the paccache history of installed packages. It leaves the last three versions of each installed packetu after an update. This prevents the root partition from getting blocked with packages that don't useste and dnn you need.
AKM – Arch Kernel Management allows you to install various kernel versions and their headers available in the Arch repository with a single click. It not only installs Linux kernels, but also provides you with information about which ones version which is stable and which is not.
AKM is not installed by default, but it is easily done by simply clicking the welcome button. ”
