Alcohoot officially launched today as a gadget you can use with your smartphone to measure your breath. It is a component that connects to the reception sound iOS or Android devices and will help you effectively monitor your blood alcohol levels.
The Alcohoot costs $120 and is about the size of a Zippo lighter. It is compatible and works fine with devices from Samsung, HTC, Sony, LG, iPhone and all iPad models.
There are cheaper breathalyzers, but Alcohoot claims to be something different. The company reports that they use the same sensors that use the Police's breathalyzers.
