Disable "Make the most of Windows"

Tired of watching “Make the most of them ” in Windows 10 after every update? It may be convenient for some, but there are others who find it annoying. Here's how to turn it off.

  • First, open "Settings" (Windows + I).
  • In "Settings", click on "System".
  • In the "System", select "Notifications and actions"

At “Notifications and actions”, uncheck the box “Suggest ways I can finish setting up s to get the most out of Windows” as shown in the image below:

If you want to prevent another pop-up after an update – the one that suggests “What's new” tips – you can also de-select the “Show Windows welcome experience after and occasionally when I log in….”

When done, close the "Settings". The next time Windows is updated, you will not see the "Make the most of Windows" screen.
