Bad day for Apple today, as the iTunes Store and various other company services were offline (and for some it continues to be) for several hours.
The problems started today Wednesday 11 third, and affected many of its services Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC),such as the App Store, the iTunes Store, and the Mac App Store.
As you can see in the above picture some of the company's services remain down. Apple for this reason published a statement apologizing for the extended interruption of its services. While some of its services have been restored, the most important of them appear to be still down.

“We apologize to our customers who are experiencing issues with iTunes and other services as of this morning. The cause was an internal one error DNS on Apple. We're working to make all of our services available to our customers as soon as possible, and we'd like to thank everyone for their patience," an Apple spokesperson told CNBC.
