The Hoax Slayer revealed another phishing scam που στοχεύει πελάτες της Apple, ζητώντας τους να υποβάλουν το Apple ID και τον κωδικό πρόσβασής τους, μαζί με τα στοιχεία της πιστωτικής τους cards.
The hoax comes in the form of an e-mail that claims to come from the Apple Security Department. Apple, of course, does not have such a department that it sends an update to its client.
The email states “your Apple ID was used to download OS X Mavericks from the Mac App Store with a computer or device που δεν είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί ποτέ από το Apple ID σας. Εάν δεν πραγματοποιήσατε εσείς αυτή τη λήψη, θα πρέπει να επιβεβαιώσετε το λογαριασμό σας και να επικυρώσετε τις information your."

Hoax Slayer warns that criminals can use your credit card and identity for various transactions.
