Apple in May will be able to delete your data

Apple is reportedly improving its privacy tools by developing a new tool that will allow users to download and delete their personal information stored on the company's servers.

The new General Data Protection Regulation introduces new privacy protections for Internet users.

So Apple will allow users to see what data the company has stored and give them access to download or even delete them altogether along with Apple's identifiers.

Prior to the release of this tool, deletion and downloading of your personal information could only be made by contacting the company.

The new website Apple ID will roll out to users in Europe in early May ahead of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implementation date.
