Anyone with a Mac 15 or newer MacBook/MacBook Pro may file a lawsuit over the keyboard that Apple equipped its devices. Why; In 2015, Apple switched from a switch key to a butterfly switch. 
These keys provided the minimum route and were intended to speed up the typing process. They did it, but according to too many who complain about the old keys they were more resilient.
If the keys get damaged – which usually happens when debris gets under the keyboard, you may have to wait a weekteam for Apple to fix it laptop you with the AppleCare program. If you're not covered, you might have to shell out over $700, but you'll still be waiting a week.
Can I file a lawsuit? You can! If you purchased a MacBook with the keys mentioned above. The devices that hold them are any MacBook 12 inch from 2015 and any MacBook Pro from 2016 and beyond (with or without the touch bar).
