Before the Internet, there was ARPANET. A forerunner of the modern Internet. It Advanced Research Projects Agency Network 1969 was born and initially connected only four areas: University of California at Santa Barbara, the Stanford Research Institute, the Network Measurement Center of UCLA and its University of Utah.
