As part of the government's efforts to further delineate the internet, China has introduced new regulations banning the streaming of women eating bananas from women who eat bananas in a somewhat erotic way. 
In accordance with with the BBC, the move is part of China's ongoing effort to control "inappropriate and erotic" content on the World Wide Web.
In addition to banning video streaming with bananas, the Chinese government also banned videos of people wearing socks or suspenders.
So let's say the sales of cucumbers are rising in China, we will know why.
China is known for its internet censorship. Probably someone should talk to the legislature and explain to them what VPN, proxy, TOR etc… means.
