Using the Freedom of Information Act and after filing over 5.000 requests covering just about everything (from the Kennedy assassination to CIA experiments), John Greenwald the younger managed to collect 130.000 pages of confidential documents.
One of the weirdest comes from the 1960s and includes an instructional guide that describes how to get better photos the UFOs.
