How much communication costs does a catastrophic earthquake cause?

OTE, Forthnet, , Vodafone and wind recognizing the importance of the telephone communication of the people who live in Cephalonia and Ithaca after the successive strong earthquakes have rushed and continue to offer free communication and to guarantee the availability of their networks.
