Lemonade on other levels! Scientists in Singapore have managed to play with time and space - or at least the art of teleporting via a Bluetooth connection, to teleport μετα .lemonade.
Researchers from the CUTE Center lab, which operates in cooperation with the University of Singapore and Japan's Keio University, created a series of devices that can transfer the taste of lemonade from the phone.
To send the recipient a "lemonade", you need to stick a sensor to a glass containing the soft drink. The sensor records it price of the color and pH of the soft drink. So when you send it to your friend, a special device on the other side of the line it changes the water with electrical stimulations, to make it look like lemonade.
Of course it is not a real lemonade, which means that the device will not become a lemon juice extractor. The inverter changes the taste of water, giving it a sour taste.
Or, to put it more precisely, using it data pH and color play into how the recipient's brain perceives the lemonade.
According to page tCUTE Center lab on Facebook, water can become salty, sour, bitter without actually changing its ingredients.
