From the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, another important case of minors pornography through the Internet has been identified. A regular procedure file was opened against a 28-year-old citizen. Thousands of digital files (videos and photos) of child pornography.
Another important case of child pornography was sparked by the Greek Police's Electronic Crime Prosecution Division, in the fight against child pornography through Internet and a regular case file was filed against 28hronian.
In particular, after a proper digital analysis of information material, it was revealed that the above actor allegedly had on his computer a file (pictures and videos) of pornographic material of minors, of which several were minors under 15 years.
As part of the investigation of the case by the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate, a thorough digital research and analysis of data and evidence, while an order was issued by the Athens Prosecutor's Office for a preliminary examination.
From the methodical police and digital investigation, the involvement of the aforementioned in the case and yesterday (25-5-2015), a police station of the Electronic Crime Prosecutor's Office, in the presence of a judicial officer, went to his home in an area of Attica where he was his mother.
From the field research conducted on electronic storage media found in 28hrono's home, and in particular in his room, thousands of child pornography records were stored, some of them with names that refer to minors under the age of fifteen (15) years.
Following a verbal order from the head of the competent First Instance Prosecutor's Office, the spontaneous procedure was not observed, as the above is hospitalized, not having physical access for the last fortnight, from the time of the house search, to the digital media located in his home.
From the legitimate investigation that was carried out, the following were found and confiscated:

Eight (8) portable storage units (USB sticks).

Seven (7) internal hard drives.

Eleven (11) external hard drives.
The digital evidence will be sent to the Directorate of Criminological Investigations (D.E.E.), for the necessary laboratory tests, while the case file, which was formed for the case, will be submitted to the Athens Prosecutor's Office.
