Bitcoin Exchange Company (Bitstamp) stopped its DDoS attack services

Bitcoin continues to take one hit after another. Bitcoin exchange Bitstamp has announced the suspension of its services as it was accepting denial-of-service (DoS).

The company's services have been suspended due to “inconsistent results reported in its customers' bitcoin wallets. The “inconsistent ” were caused by an ongoing denial-of-service attack that managed to “temporarily stop transaction control.”
