Debian 9.1 just released the first point release

The Project μόλις ανακοίνωσε την πρώτη ενημέρωση της σταθερής διανομής Debian 9 (code name “stretch”).
The first update mainly adds security fixes, along with some adjustments for serious problems seen from the first 9 release.
Security patches have already been published separately.Debian

Please note that point release is not of Stretch, according to the distribution's developers, but only updates some of the included packages. So there's no need to throw away your old Stretch ISOs.

After installation, packages can be upgraded to current versions using one of the updated mirrors of Debian Project.

Those who frequently install updates from security.debian.org will not need to update many packages as most updates are included in the point release.

The new ISO installations will be available soon in regular repositories.

Η of an existing installation in this revision can be achieved by adding to the package management system one of the many updated HTTP mirrros of the Debian Project.

So if you want to upgrade first before receiving all the repositories of the distribution, you can add one of the updated mirrors.

The following URL is the updated mirror in Greece:
