Dell has published the list of computers that have been tested and are fully compatible with the Windows 10 May 2020 Update.
The published list includes the majority of Dell's new generation computers, such as models from series Inspiron, XPS, Optiplex, Alienware and Latitude.

Windows 10 in 2004 is currently only available for some devices running Windows 10 in 1903 and 1909. To install the update, you must manually check for updates in Windows Update to see if the new version appears.
If the update does not appear, it means that Microsoft is upgrading due to a compatibility issue that the company has discovered with your device.
