Facebook's other Facebook communication application, Messenger, seems to be preparing an upgrade that could attract users interested in privacy.
(Although the goal of the application is probably the one, we have difficulty believing that there are users who are interested in protecting their privacy and using any Facebook platform).
The @iOSAppChanges Twitter account posted some today screenshots "disappearing messages" as a feature that usesin the Messenger app for iOS.
In the version of the application shown in the images, it is possible to set the time that your messages will be visible in conversations with other users.

"The disappearing messages will be activated. New messages will disappear from this chat 15 minutes after sending, ”says the Messenger chat window, apparently after selecting the option.
This move is no surprise. It is a response to the popularity of Telegram messaging application, which now has more than 100 million active users every month, and offers the possibility of disappearing messages. (The same applies to Snapchat.)
