Doctor from μήνυσε την Apple ισχυριζόμενος ότι η Watch χρησιμοποιεί την of for of irregular heart function.

A cardiologist at New York University believes that Apple has added its own heart monitoring technology to the Apple Watch device. This is Dr. Joseph Wiesel, who sued Apple alleging that the watch uses a atrial fibrillation detection method, which is patented by him.

Wiesel claims that he spoke to Apple in September 2017 about the patent, but that the company "refused to negotiate in good faith" and gave him no choice but to sue.

The c hopes to prevent Apple from using the atrial fibrillation detection method without paying royalties. For its part, Apple has not yet commented on this specific lawsuit.
