E-cigarettes are being marketed as a somewhat healthier alternative to smoking. According to a recent study, things are not exactly like that.
Evidence shows that, just like regular cigarettes, electronics cause damage to the lungs. In particular, scientists report that certain chemical compounds containing the liquid they use electronic cigarettes, affect the cells of the lung.
Speaking at a recent meeting of the American Thoracic Society International Conference, researchers detailed how these chemical compounds can have adverse effects on health.
In particular, fragrances added to the liquid of electronic cigarettes supposedly to make smoking experience more enjoyable are very dangerous.
Of the 13 samples examined in its context researchs, 5 were found to be potentially dangerous.

The side effects mentioned prevent the lung cells from working properly.
This news is expected to cause a storm of reactions from the companies that the latter space they hoard by exploiting the addiction that nicotine causes.
