Install Metasploit on Windows 10

In this guide we will see step by step of Metasploit in Windows 10 using the Windows Subsystem for Linux

1.) Activate it Mode C:\> reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModelUnlock" /t REG_DWORD /f /v "AllowDevelopmentWithoutDevLicense" /d "1"

2.) Activate Windows Subsystem for Linux C: \> DISM / online / enable-feature / featurename: Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux

3.) We do a review

4.) Type "bash" in cmd to enter Windows Subsystem for Linux and create a new user password

5.) Install Metasploit with the following test @ Desktop command: / mnt / c $ curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rapid7/metasploit-omnibus/master/config/templates/metasploit-framework-wrappers/msfupdate. erb> msfinstall && chmod 755 msfinstall && ./msfinstall
