The publication included a company press release announcing that the software it was distinguished with a gold and bronze award in its "Summary Report 2019" exhibition AV-Comparatives.
ESET is known to be one of the most reliable companies in the market, but I thought it was right to publish a question that bothered me for a long time.

Really why ESET does not participate in the AV-TEST tests and prefers AV-Comparatives? Is there something behind the choice of the company? And if it is not hidden, why not have the brand name "ESET" in the AV-TEST lists?
Because really this company does not seem to exist at all, while the AV-Comparatives lists are all companies…
Will someone solve our mystery or let us do paranoia? Normally and when we talk about security, any suspicion should be answered immediately. Let's wait and see.
So today we were contacted by Mr. Neophytos Neophytou, CEO of ESET Hellas & Cyprus to answer our questions.

Mr. N. Neophytou told us that the brand name of the company exists in the lists of AV-Test, but only in products that concern businesses and not in home systems. Really in this the link you can see the ESET logo, but only under the Business category.
