Facebook Safety Check: Facebook launches an additional feature called "Security check."The new tool will be available on the Web, iOS, and Android to those who have phones.
When the user lives in an area affected by some physics disaster, Facebook sends him a notification asking if everything is okay. From the application dashboard, the users they can then see which of their friends are in the same area and whether they are safe or not, based on the responses they have sent to Facebook.
Once the user has confirmed that no damage has been done, a notification control security will appear in his friends' feeds.
Hopefully, we will never use this tool. Natural disasters are not a very common phenomenon. Facebook with this tool tries to provide a solution where communications are unfeasible, but also to enable you to enable site control on your devices.
