You can view or delete the contacts you have uploaded from the Instant Messaging Contacts page. To delete the contacts you have uploaded from Messenger, visit the page and select Delete all.
Note: To prevent your contacts from re-uploading, you must turn off continuous sync on all devices from which usesin the Messenger app.
