Since June, the foundation Mozilla began to develop a version of it Firefox which will support it Oculus Rift. Today, the company announced a new site to highlight the virtual reality capabilities on the Web.
To celebrate 10's Firefox anniversary, Mozilla has released MozVR across the web community, something like Google's Chrome experiments. The Mozilla Foundation will share experiences and test trials on the "native VR" that will reach the company, Web and Oculus Rift in new limits.
There are a number of initial demonstrations in MozVR, including a British Columbia Overclocking WebGL and visualization of data, such as the technique that incorporates Leap Motion with Oculus Rift.
The Mozilla Foundation also has the MozVR source code to allow developers to develop their own web experiences, of course, with the general availability of Oculus Rift.
