Information was found on a Chinese websiteσελίδα, about the first official Ubuntu phone, and they speculate Meizu as Canonical's first hardware partner.
According to Cnbeta.com website Meizu will come to the international fair CES 2014 with the first Ubuntu mobile phone, most likely using its latest platform, Meizu MX3.
The pictures they don't have good quality and it's hard to tell if it's the MX3, but they look a lot alike. In any case, this news does not yet confirm to us that Meizu is an official partner for Canonical. It is possible that the Chinese manufacturing company is using the new one functional system for one of her phones.
Canonical's Mark Shuttleworth recently announced that his company had recently signed a contract with the first hardware partner, but did not give names.
For sure, we can only wait until the CES 2004 report where we will probably see the official announcement with all the information.
