FoxType is a web by clicking here which aims to help you write polite emails in English by evaluating your writing style and offering suggestions for improvement.
The problem with text-based communication, be it an SMS or email, is that your message's tone may not be appropriate, as you might think you are writing. It is particularly difficult when one speaks English with a partner or someone he has ever met, to be able to express himself not only innocently but also in the right kindness.
But things are very much simplified with it FoxType. All you have to do is paste your text into FoxType and this will tell you if your phrase is laconic or polite.
For example, replying to an email with the phrase: “That's harsh, Roger” FoxType will rate it as rude with a score of 30/100. At the same time it will give you a bunch of sentences, like for example “That's tough to deal with, Roger” which gives you a politeness score of 71/100 (the higher the score, the more polite the phrase).
It also suggests the kinds of words and phrases you can avoid (that is, negative words like "deceptive and defective") and others that you can incorporate into your message to sound more polite.
Of course, FoxType is far from perfect. His estimates are not always accurate and his suggestions sometimes cannot help much. Even so, it's a useful tool to help you think and revise your writing in important emails before Mission them, especially if you are stressed or upset.
Η team of FoxType is working on an extension of the program tours that will cooperate with the account in Gmail to help you review your messages directly.
