His name Fredrik neij it may not be as well known to you, at least not as well as the names of Peter Sunde and Gottfrid Svartholm, but Neij is one of its founders Pirate bay. Neij is said to have been arrested in Asia. 
The young man was transferred to Laos to avoid imprisonment for his participation in The Pirate Bay. Though he had gone to Laos and Thailand, several times, the Thai authorities have just been arrested, on the basis of a warrant issued by Interpol.
