Friend or Foe: Helps users keep their friends close ... and enemies even closer
Kaspersky Lab presents it Friend Or Foe, a new free app for Facebook that allows users to rate how "valuable" their digital friends are, while also showing what others think of them. This application will reveal which of the hundreds of followers are real "fans", that is, who make the most reposts and comments among a user's friends. At the same time, the application also highlights the threats to the users of the social network and how they can protect their personal information.
For those who like to use various applications to analyze their activity, Kaspersky Lab has created a tool that collects statistics about their Facebook activity. Friend Or Foe shows just how much video and photos are published by one user, how many likes it gets and many more statistics that are of interest to Facebook lovers. Friend Or Foe is currently available in English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian dialect), Spanish (Mexican dialect), Arabic and Japanese, with more to come more languages in the near future.
“It's certain that the world's largest social network is attracting the attention of digital criminals. Most often, fraudsters "hunt" for users' personal data and login details, with the aim of using them to gain access to resources such as mobile banking accounts. It's no surprise, then, that Facebook is the most popular target for them phishers. For example, in the first quarter of 2014, 79,5% of all social media phishing attacks targeted this network. Apart from the fun element, Friend Or Foe gives an important message about the potential threats a user faces, in understandable and simple terms," commented Evgeny Chereshnev, head of Global Mobile Business Development, Kaspersky Lab.

The app urges you to check all the photos you've added to others as some may expose you.
Check-in
The app lets you see if someone has included you in a "check-in" without your permission and helps you clear your profile from the check-in that has been done without your approval.
Application licenses
FriendOrFoe can collect all the applications you have subscribed to and show you what you've allowed in each of them.
Search history
Your app displays all the people or things you've searched on Facebook. Facebook stores this information, but you can delete them.
The developers will continuously improve it functionalquality of the application, based on the feedback they get from users.
