This acquisition will reinforce GLOBO's strategic priority, strengthen its presence in the enterprise mobility market and accelerate its dynamic and growth in mobile applications. The experience, skills and know-how of Sourcebits' human resources in mobile application development enhance GLOBO's unique GLOBO product platform that covers a whole range of company needs and integrates enterprise mobility management (GO! Enterprise) and mobile apps management (GO! AppZone).
At the same time, this acquisition will expand GLOBO's operations in North America by creating a new revenue channel that comes from designing and deploying mobile applications and providing consulting services around them.
Sourcebits was founded in 2006 and employs 167 employees and consultants.
