His team Google Chrome has announced the release of Chrome version 102 on stable channel for Windows (102.0.5005.61/62/63), 102.0.5005.61 for Mac and Linux. It will be released in the next days/weeks as an automatic update.
But Chrome 102 for desktops and mobile devices is already there availables, selecting Menu > Help > About Chrome displays the program version tours that is installed. Chrome will check for updates and a new version will appear and install it automatically.
Chrome updates for Android are done via Google Play, which means you have to wait.
Google Chrome 102 brings a total of 32 security patches. One of them has the highest score of critical severity, while several others have a high score, but are not classified as critical. Critical Repair is described as "Use after free in Indexed DB" and is listed under CVE-2022-1853.
Google does not say whether its exploits are already in circulation vulnerabilitys. If you use Chrome you should immediately upgrade to the latest version quickly to protect yourself from possible attacks that target the new security holes.
