Chrome 103 is already available for desktops. The browser will update automatically on most systems, but you can speed up the installation of the new update by opening the internal chrome: // settings / help address or selecting Menu> Help> About Google Chrome.

Google recently introduced a change to Chrome pre-rendering behavior. It is called NoState Prefetch and was designed to replace the classic browser pre-rendering process. One of the key differences between the two pre-rendering technologies is that NoState Prefetch does not run JavaScript or display sections of the page in advance.
