Google announced the launch of a campaign to fight the virus Ebola. Anyone interested can donate from one dollar through the campaign site up to 10.000.000 donated by the company. The money collected will go to non-profit organizations such as the International Rescue Committee, Doctors Without Borders as well as the organization Save the Children.
Google CEO Larry Page announced the campaign on Google's official blog and says: “These organizations have made remarkable work in very difficult conditions. To help we are starting this campaign and we hope that our contribution will help them in their work.”
Let's remind that Mark Zuckberg also donated 25.000.000 dollars to fight the virus while Facebook encourages its members to contribute to the fight.
