The head of her Google, Eric Schmidt openly expressed outrage at the actions of the US National Security Agency, saying it would be "outrageous" if the NSA had actually broken his company's data centers.
"The actions he wants to carry out and is carrying out service they violate people's privacy and it's not okay," said o Schmidt in Wall Street Journal in an interview he gave during his trip to Hong Kong. He also stressed that it is very "bad public policy" if the NSA actually collects metadata from the phones of 320 million people to monitor 300 people.
Google has already filed complaints against the NSA's actions, as well as against their President USA Barack Obama as well as several members of Congress.
