Google has announced that users of the Google Maps app will soon be able to report new types of events on their iPhones.
In one suspension blog, Google said it added the ability to report new incidents on the road in real time, such as speed bumps and accidents, in the latest version of the iOS app released last week.
Such reports can be made by other applications, such as Google Waze. And there is the possibility of reporting speed blocks and it is available in the version of the application for Android for a long time.
Google reports that this reporting feature is one of the "most popular on Android".
However, Google has also added the ability to report other types of events in the Google Maps app. These new ones functions references appear simultaneously in the Android and iOS apps.
Among the new reference options are "road rubbish", "construction works", "damaged vehicles" and "lane closure".
