Eradicate Violence Against University of Electronic Crime Prosecution

In particular, three days ago (4-7-2014), the Rector's Officers of the University Institute complained to the Electronic Crime Investigation Division that they systematically threatened to commit violent behaviors and illegal actions against persons and / or things of the particular University.

According to the complaint, the threats were made publicly as well as through of social networking, to the standards of similar incidents in Universities abroad.

Due to the specificity of the complaint, officers of the Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate immediately conducted a thorough digital police investigation. As it turned out, the person who manifested the intention for the above criminal behavior is a citizen of the specific University Institution.

The digital material collected and the complaint of the University Institution were brought to the attention of the Prosecutor's Office of First Instance, which ordered the relevant Department of Security - the place of residence of the domestic student - to conduct a preliminary examination and the necessary investigative acts.

In this context an investigation was carried out at the student's home and a preliminary investigation material was collected on the case, which was submitted to the ordering Prosecutor's Office.
