Yesterday while surfing Facebook, after the announcements about the virus that was circulating, we discovered another scam page, which takes advantage of people's ignorance or desire for a safenetwork. The Facebook page has a pretty enticing name and already has more than 5000 friends:
WARNING: NEW IOS IN FACEBOOK keeps bills. (read it, urgent!)
Of course, the spelling mistakes only make it clear that something is wrong. Let's look below. The website, of course, has nothing to do with the warning of its title, since its subject matter does not contain new security. Instead of security issues, we have met with publications that may attract interest but are aimed elsewhere.
If you pay attention to the photo below, the "smart" owner of the website does not have as altruistic purposes as its title shows.
As you can see in the link of the post, the administrator uses a type of aggressive advertising since it passes the original addresses through adf.ly. So with every click on the address, his earnings increase. But the "protector" of the internet seems to be quite ambitious. He created an app to advertise his page!
