The Complaints and Criminal Intelligence Agency filed an ordinary case file against 34hronian native, who was accused of pornography of minors.

It was preceded by a complaint by the mother of a 12-year-old citizen, according to which the 34-year-old, through telephone and online conversations, sexually harassed her daughter. Specifically, according to of their conversations, through the online chat application 'skype', urged her to turn it on and commit obscene acts.

From the policewoman which followed, in the context of the order of the Athens First Instance Prosecutor's Office for the lifting of the confidentiality of communications and in with the mobile phone service provider, it emerged that the 34-year-old was the owner of the phone number with which the minor was communicating.

A police officer of the Financial Police and Criminal Investigation Service yesterday (06-11-2013) at noon conducted a search for a lawyer at the 34ronos residence in Patras.

The on-the-spot investigation found it to be the owner of the mobile number in question as well as the skype account through which he spoke to the minor.

At the same time, a computer hard disk was seized and sent to the Criminal Investigation Division for further laboratory tests.

The file that has been filed against the 34 Chronic will be submitted to the relevant Prosecuting Authorities.
