Hack back policy from the US: The military must be ready to stop the attacks before they reach the US computer networks, according to a new strategic plan of the United States Pentagon. 
The Department of Defense (DoD) informed (PDF) his strategy for the internetwork for the first time since 2015, advocating a more aggressive approach than before.
Under the controversial draft of the new strategy, the United States says it is ready to "defend, disrupt, or stop any malicious cyber activity from its source, including non-military activity."

The DoD has said it wants to create a "deadly" force to combat weapons-related hacks, as well as malicious cyber attacks.
The US has long warned that several countries (Russia, China, North Korea and Iran) have used cyber attacks to steal secrets or interfere in US policy, and the new cyber strategy appears to be part of the effort. the American one governmentto prevent these attacks.
Of course, the US also uses the internet to spy on its competitors, and in fact it clearly states:
"We will conduct businesses into cyber space to gather intelligence and prepare our military cyber capabilities. They will be used in case of crisis or conflict".
However, although the US has been trying for a long time to find a solution to the ongoing attacks on its networks, it does not seem to be able to build a reliable infrastructure.
Russia's involvement in the election was a fact and America did not seem capable of reacting. The state is trying to name the hacker and may discourage the attackers with sanctions, but these measures do not seem to be enough.
