You know that several shops offer free of charge Wi-Fi to your clients, as you know quite a few of them use timers to limit it access after a certain period of time. But if you need more time than allowed, you can easily bypass the limits. All you need to do is change its MAC address computer you.
Basically, the process is quite simple, there are actually several scripts that do this. But here we will use a simple one application As the MAC Makeup. (You can download it and from here if you do not find it on the official website) The application will change the MAC address of your computer and you will have continuous access to Wi-Fi that gives you limited time access. Even changing a single number will make a difference. You can try it yourself.
There are, of course, other applications somewhat more sneaky:
You can use an app to discover the WiFi around you like Cain & Able, and NetStumbler which discovers MAC other computers using WiFi (paid or not). Once you discover MAC addresses, you can copy the address to your own computer. This will give you free Wi-Fi in hotels and other paid Wi-Fi locations.
Although we do not recommend to steal someone else's access, it's a good trick to have in your sleeve if you're in a hurry or just have to extend your deadline to your favorite coffee.
