Huawei, a Chinese company, enters the garment store (wearables) introducing a new phone that includes and functions fitness.
The Chinese company presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona the talkband B1 and which cost around €99 or $136 and which is a wearable watch, mobile phone and a fitness tracker (tracks your steps, calories burned, and how well you've slept). It also has Bluetooth 4.1 headphones
It features a non-touching OLED 1,4 inch touch screen, a single button for all tasks and a strap that bears USB pins so you can charge it by putting the strap on your computer.
The Talkband B1 can be taken out of its wristband, used to make a call, and then put back in its place, monitoring your health throughout the day and even in your sleep. It has IP57 water resistance which means it can be worn even in the shower (not suitable for long walks). It has seven hours of talk time and two weeks of standby time. It is compatible with Appliances from Android 2.3 and above and with iOS 4.0 and above, it also supports NFC.
Probably will appear on the store shelves about the second half of 2014.
