The Software Improvement Group (SIG), an international consulting company specialized in themethe quality of software systems, dynamically continues its activities in the Greek market, expanding its cooperation with the National Bank.
More specifically, SIG renewed the Software Monitor service contract for the National Bank Group's Electronic Banking System (iBank).
Through this specific service, they are continuously monitored base both the software development processes, as well as the technical quality of the iBank system, based on the ISO 25010 standard in which the Software Improvement Group has developed in-depth expertise.
Mr. Charalambos Mantzaris, Director of National IT Applications, said:
