DIRECTLY MEASURES ADJUSTMENTS OF NORTH 4320 / 2015 FOR ANTICIPATION OF HUMANISTIC CRISIS

Based on the law 4320/2015 which includes the of immediate measures to deal with the humanitarian crisis and according to the no. HOME 494 (Government Gazette 577B'/9-4-2015) The Joint Ministerial Decision (KYA), which specified the terms, conditions and procedures for the implementation of the provisions of articles 1-3 of the Law, shall apply as follows:

BENEFICIARIES: Those who meet the following income criteria are:

Marital status Annual income
Individual person 2.400 €
Family (couple) without dependent member or person with 1 dependent member 3.600 €
Family (couple) with 1 dependent member or individual with 2 dependent members 4.200 €
Family (couple) with 2 dependent members or individual with 3 dependent members 4.800 €
Family (couple) with 3 dependent members or individual with 4 dependent members 5.400 €
Family (couple) with 4 or more dependents or a person with 5 or more dependents 6.000 €

Dependent members are considered:

a. Unmarried children, if they are minors up to 18 years, or adults up to 25 years and attending schools or vocational or home schools or institutes of national or foreign or adult up to 25 years and registered in the OAED unemployed registers or serve the military their term. In any case, they are not considered as dependent members if they have the same annual personal income over 3.000 €

b. Persons with a disability percentage of at least 67%, regardless of age, if they are single, divorced or widowed and are children of one or both spouses / parents or brothers and sisters of one of the spouses / parents, and if they do not have an annual income above 6.000 €

c. Parents of one or both of the spouses / parents if they have no income over 3.000

d. Minors deprived of their two natural parents and having a family of up to third degree with one of the two spouses / parents of the family, provided that no court decision has been issued assigning custody to another person and provided that they have no the same individual annual income over 3.000 €

At the same time, to be entitled to a person or family one or more of the benefits it should not to have:

  • Real estate worth 90.000 € if it is an individual, a limit increasing by 10.000 € for each dependent minor member or 15.000 € for each adult member up to 200.000 €.
  • Deposits, aggregated by all family members (who declare them on the application on their own) twice the income limit of their category.
  • Year of Income: 2014 (Income Acquired in 2013)
  • Declared income will be the total income of the individual or family, after deduction of taxes and solidarity levy.
  • No imputed income is taken into account, even if it is greater than the one obtained.

 

Income includes all allowances, aids, etc., except for: minor children's subsistence, underwriting allowance, out-of-state allowances and invalidity allowances granted by the State as provided for in Article 11 par. 3 of law 4172 / 2013.

FACILITIES:

a. Free reconnection of cut mains electricity and free supply of 300 kwh per month (1.200 kwh every four months)

b. Rental allowance for new leases or renewals of old, 70 € / month for the individual person and 30 € per month for each additional person of the family up to the amount of 220 € per month (see 4 article table para 2, WILL.)

c. Fee subsidy: It is given in the form of an electronic card for the supply of food from stores totaling 70 € / month for the individual and 30 € per month for each additional person in the family up to the amount of 220 per month (see article table 4 para 3 of the KYA).

  • These benefits can not be received by persons who are part of the Housing and Reintegration program or are housed in Covered Units or Housed Patios
  • Power supply is not eligible for hosted persons
  • Those who own a home within the prefecture in which they live permanently are not entitled to a rent allowance, those who receive a rent allowance from another organization and those who rent a residence from first degree relatives from or out of anxiety.

PRIORITY IN GRANTING BENEFITS

Priority in the provision of benefits will be given in turn to people with dependent children, large families, families with dependent children and zero income and families with long-term unemployed or unemployed parents.

Applicants should definitely declare a specific KEP where they wish to address them in the future in order to carry out procedures that can not be done electronically (eg receipt of food cards, possible submission of a review request in case of rejection, etc.).

The applicant will be able to enter his application electronically either privately or through the JEP he has stated in his application and be informed of the progress of his application. In case of rejection of the request for granting a benefit or benefits, it is allowed to submit a review request, only for the specific reason for rejection which will be explicitly mentioned in the information message of the beneficiary.
