The Electronic Crime Prosecution Directorate filed a case against a 27-year-old police officer for insulting sexual dignity and attracting children for sexual reasons, as well as against two foreigners for child pornography. 
By decision of the Hellenic Police Force Headquarters the police officer was released and at the same time he was ordered to conduct an administrative inquiry.
From the Criminal Investigation Division, in the context of investigating a criminal case, a case file was filed against a police officer, infringing sexual dignity and attracting children for sexual purposes, and at the expense of two aliens, aged 38 and 39, for pornography of minors.
The case was investigated following a complaint from a native mother who found her daughter 14's social networking site naked.
According to the complaint, the minor was chatting with the profile holder (who appeared as 24) and exchanged photos, and finally asked her to go to his home in order to get sexually.

As it turned out, 27's longtime police officer is the creator and manager of the profile.
The collected preliminary investigation material was submitted to the competent Prosecutor, while by decision of the Headquarters of the Hellenic Police, the police officer was released and at the same time he was ordered to conduct an Administrative Administrative Review.
