Instagram will test new ones functions and changes in the appearance of your profile throughout November and December.
In one publishing on his blog, Instagram reported that the grid displaying the photos and your videos will not change at all, but the icons above the grid can be changed to words (such as grid, posts, IGTV, tags or grid, posts, IGTV, tagged).
Your profile picture can be moved to the right corner by compressing the username to go in a larger font, at the top of the σελίδαs. It looks like followers and followings will be less of a priority than before and that the number of posts you've made will no longer count.
A parallel "Follow" and "Message" buttons can be tried on profile pages, with even more options for business pages, such as "Start Order".
The blog states that the people behind Instagram will experience these changes in phases and in different combinations, in the Instagram community, in the coming weeks. And they will be waiting for your respective comments on these changes.
This is one of the mildest updates Instagram has made in recent months, as co-founders Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger resigned in September and former Facebook chief Adam Mosseri took over as vice president.
Only in October and November, the platform announced a new daily dashboard called "Your Activity," three new shopping features, and a new "nametag" feature reminiscent of Snapchat's Snap Codes.
